About the role
The front desk is where every member's story starts. We need someone who can warmly greet walk-ins, confidently explain what we do, convert prospects into paying members, and manage the day-to-day rhythm of a busy wellness studio. You'll juggle digital leads, callbacks, scheduling, and member queries, all while keeping the energy at the front of the house calm and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and convert walk-in visitors into paying members
- Manage incoming enquiries: digital leads, calls, WhatsApp
- Run timely follow-ups and callbacks. Never let a lead go cold
- Coordinate member schedules, bookings, and rescheduling
- Handle membership renewals, payments, and basic billing
- Maintain a welcoming, organised front-desk environment
- Be the first line of support for member queries and concerns
- Report daily on leads, conversions, and member feedback
What we're looking for
- Strong experience handling walk-in customers
- Proven ability to convert prospects into paying members
- Comfort managing digital leads, enquiry forms, and callbacks
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Organised, proactive, and great at follow-ups
- Calm under pressure, comfortable juggling multiple tasks
Nice to have
- Prior experience at a gym, salon, spa, or wellness brand
- Comfort with CRM tools or basic spreadsheets
- Fluency in English plus a regional language
- Sales or customer-success background
