Lead Pilates Trainer

About the role
This is the senior trainer who runs the show. You'll plan the week's class schedules, design member workout programs, lead and mentor other trainers, and own the day-to-day quality of every session on our floor. Equal parts head coach and floor manager: hands-on training and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and own the weekly class schedule across all reformers
- Design structured workout programs for members at every level
- Lead, mentor, and continuously develop the trainer team
- Run the floor and ensure every session delivers consistent quality
- Track member progress and personalise programs over time
- Handle escalations and member feedback with care
- Drive operational rhythm: daily standups, weekly reviews, monthly planning
- Continuously evolve our training methodology and curriculum
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of hands-on Pilates or fitness instruction experience
- Proven leadership. You've led or mentored a team before
- Strong programming skills. You can design a 12-week journey for a member
- Calm, confident floor presence. Members trust you instantly
- Organised and proactive. You don't wait to be asked
- Genuine wellness mindset. This isn't just a job to you
Nice to have
- Advanced Pilates certifications (Stott, BASI, Polestar, etc.)
- Experience with reformer-based studios
- Background in physiotherapy or rehab training
- Prior experience opening or scaling a fitness brand
Compensation
Annual CTC
₹6-7 LPA
₹50,000-₹58,000 / month
Negotiable
Final offer depends on experience, certifications, and what you bring to the studio.
