You'll own our client and staff schedules, keep everything updated in the app so everyone always knows when to come and when to go, and be the person the team and our members rely on to keep the day flowing smoothly. And when someone walks in curious about what we do, you'll welcome them warmly and help them become a member.
- Run the show: own the studio's day-to-day operations end to end
- Manage all client and staff schedules: sessions, shifts, and changes
- Keep everything updated in the app so members and staff always know their timings
- Manage the staff: coordinate the team's day and keep everyone aligned
- Manage the members: handle reschedules, cancellations, and last-minute changes smoothly
- Handle membership renewals, payments, and basic billing
- Be the first line of support for member queries and concerns
- Keep the studio organised, presentable, and running on time
- Greet walk-ins and handle enquiries, and convert interest into memberships
- An operations mindset: organised, proactive, on top of every detail
- Someone who can juggle schedules across many people without dropping a ball
- Comfort with apps and digital tools. Keeping systems updated is second nature
- Confidence managing and coordinating a small team
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Calm and steady when plans change
- Prior experience managing a gym, salon, spa, or wellness brand
- Comfort with CRM tools or basic spreadsheets
- Fluency in English plus a regional language
- Experience converting walk-ins or leads into customers
